This policy describes the FORGE Studios website and inquiries sent to our public email addresses.
Information you send us
When you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email account, your message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, handle business or rights inquiries and maintain relevant correspondence. Please send only information needed for your inquiry.
Email and service providers
Our website contact links open your email application; they do not submit a website form. FORGE uses Zoho Mail to handle correspondence. Email is processed and stored through that service. See Zoho’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Website delivery and technical information
The planned public hosting service is Cloudflare Pages. When serving the website, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. This draft will be checked against the deployed configuration before public launch.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
The current website build does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded media players or cookies set by FORGE’s page code. It does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking or change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Hosting and security services may process technical data independently of page code. We will update this policy if we introduce tools that change these practices.
External release and social links
Following a release, streaming or social link takes you to another service. That service may collect information or use cookies under its own policy. Information you provide there is governed by that service’s practices.
Access and disclosure
Inquiries are handled by the founders and service providers needed to manage correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address a legal claim or security incident. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and your requests
We retain correspondence as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us by emailing legal@for-ge.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Providers may retain backups or technical logs under their own retention practices.
Unsolicited creative submissions
We are not accepting outside IP. Unsolicited creative submissions are deleted without being opened or reviewed, as described in our Terms of Use. Deletion from an inbox does not necessarily erase provider backups immediately.
Children’s information
The website is not directed to children under 13. Please contact legal@for-ge.com if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can address it.
